An efficient, accurate information flow is of vital importance to the high-stakes pharmaceutical industry. By industry request, Seneca’s School of Biological Sciences and Applied Chemistry provides such a program, complete with a co-op placement to provide valuable work experience before graduation

This Ontario College Graduate Certificate program trains individuals for careers in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Operations. As part of this program, you will receive specific training in the areas of drug legislation, quality operations, regulatory affairs and biopharmaceuticals. You will become familiar with the process of pharmaceutical drug submissions. As part of the Quality Operations Training, you will gain knowledge in both process and product audits.

“With no industry experience, my options were limited, even with a university degree. The RAQ program at Seneca has taught me the practical skills demanded by the pharmaceutical industry, and through the co-op program, I was able to gain valuable work experience.”
